Nordic Casemix Centre maintains NCSP+ and ICD+ systems that link the national versions of the classifications that are used with NordDRG.
NordDRG is maintained through the NCSP+ and ICD+ codes and the links in the systems define the properties that are given to the national codes.
The tables are published in Excel 2010®.
NordDRG ICD+ Platform
The Nordic Casemix Centre maintains the ICD+ system that links the national versions of ICD-10 that are used with NordDRG. The NordDRG is maintained through the ICD+ codes and the links in the ICD+ system define the properties that are given to the national codes.
ICD+ includes the history of the national ICD-10 versions to the extent they are available.
Versions 2017 and 2016 can be found from files below:
Content of ICD+ Table
ICD+ includes the clinical modifications of ICD-10 for the NordDRG countries Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Norway and Sweden and the WHO basic version.
The ICD+ code that links together the national clinical modifications has 6 characters and no decimal sign. The few ICF related codes included in the NordDRG system have +-sign as the first character and the ATC-codes used in some NordDRG applications have _-sign as the first character.
History of Code Sets
The table includes old codes that are no longer in use in any country. These old codes are mapped to existing codes. The system makes it possible to use old data in new groupers.
Filtering for National Code Set: The national codes are listed in two columns. CODE_DEN includes all currently valid Danish codes, CODE_DEN2 even codes that are no more in use. Filtering away the lines with empty cells creates for CODE_DEN column the list of active Danish codes, for CODE_DEN2 all Danish codes. The column RELDEN indicates the date when the code was deleted from the active classification. USEDEN indicates the date when the use of the code was started. Similar filtering is possible for each country.
Please note: deactivate all other filters when using a certain filter.
