NordDRG Manual

The NordDRG Manual documents presents visually the grouping rules of the NordDRG system. The manual consists of a set of HTML and other linked files containing the documentation of NordDRG.

The name NordDRG Manual, the version at issue and a copyright note referring to the Nordic Centre for Classifications in Health Care have to appear in all applications using it. The Nordic Centre will distribute the manual directly to national owners who will produce national versions of it.

No part of the manual may be modified without written permission from the Nordic Casemix Centre. The Centre has the right to change the terms of distribution. 

Versions, Country Specific Features

The manual for the extended Nordic common version of NordDRG (based on NCSP+) incorporates the logic of all national versions including national codes that are not common. The NC version is the basis of all other NordDRG versions from 2003.

The English language version is based on the official ICD-10 and NCSP-E (English language common version of NCSP) and includes all common codes.

Note that the Danish have been using DkDRG since 2012. Therefore we cannot offer their manuals.
