Nordic Casemix Centre

The NordDRG system is owned by the Sundhedstyrelsen in Denmark, Suomen Kuntaliitto in Finland, Ministry of Health in Iceland, Helsedirektoratet in Norway and Socialstyrelsen in Sweden. The NordDRG work at the Centre is lead by the board of the Centre.

The maintenance and development of the system and the administration of The Nordic Casemix Centre is engaged in a project for Nordic coordination within the area of Diagnosis Related Groups (DRG). NordDRG cooperation has since 1996 been carried out by the Nordic Centre for Healthcare Classifications.

The Centre that is located in Finland, continues the work started at the Nordic Centre for Classifications in Healthcare at Uppsala University. The Centre will continue collaboration with the Classification Centre now placed in Oslo.
